John Kroll - Office Manager/Sales

 

Like his older brother Dan, John was also born and raised in Windsor Locks Connecticut. While growing up, John would hang around the horse farms with Dan, and work at tobacco and corn outfits all throughout Connecticut. After high school, John attended Western New England College in Massachusetts, in hopes to pursue a career in public service. That dream led him to Phoenix, AZ where he got a job with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office working for Sheriff Joe Arpaio. John started working in the jails, and then moved to patrol after completing the deputy academy. While in Phoenix, John met Larry’s daughter Whitney and they were married in May, 2008. They have two sons. In 2009, John joined the United States Coast Guard and spent 5 years between northern and southern Virginia. While in the Coast Guard, John served in the Presidential Honor Guard and also in USCG Maritime Intelligence. Larry offered John a job at Cropworx after his military service was complete, which also brought his grandkids closer to home. John was very excited to join the family business, while also enjoying civilian life once again-this time in beautiful Colorado. When you stop in at Cropworx, you will most likely see John filling orders, answering phones, handling counter sales, and working in the warehouse.
